  • ⅓ cup gochujang (Korean red chile paste)
  • 2 tbsp AR’s Hot Honey (Habanero or Chile de Arbol)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • Kosher salt & black pepper
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Quick How-To:

🔥 Option 1: Grill Method
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat wings dry and season with kosher salt & pepper.
  3. Grill wings for 4–5 minutes per side until crisp and golden.
  4. Mix sauce: gochujang, AR’s Hot Honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic.
  5. Toss grilled wings in the sauce, then return to grill for a quick baste and char (1–2 mins).
  6. Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.
🍗 Option 2: Air Fryer Method
  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat wings dry and season as above.
  3. Air fry in a single layer for 24–26 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients as above.
  5. Toss cooked wings in sauce, then return to air fryer at 400°F for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Garnish with scallions and serve hot.

Pro Tip: Use AR’s Habanero Hot Honey for extra heat, or the Chile de Arbol variety for a milder-but-flavorful family-friendly version.
