What You’ll Need:
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- ⅓ cup gochujang (Korean red chile paste)
- 2 tbsp AR’s Hot Honey (Habanero or Chile de Arbol)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- Kosher salt & black pepper
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Quick How-To:
🔥 Option 1: Grill Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat wings dry and season with kosher salt & pepper.
- Grill wings for 4–5 minutes per side until crisp and golden.
- Mix sauce: gochujang, AR’s Hot Honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic.
- Toss grilled wings in the sauce, then return to grill for a quick baste and char (1–2 mins).
- Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.
🍗 Option 2: Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat wings dry and season as above.
- Air fry in a single layer for 24–26 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Mix sauce ingredients as above.
- Toss cooked wings in sauce, then return to air fryer at 400°F for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
- Garnish with scallions and serve hot.
