Very expensive compared to local Virginia honey we can get from Keany. I’ll still get the small btls for retail. But the commercial size one for $72 compared to $49 from Keany just can’t justify it.

We work directly with regional apiaries and pay premium prices to ensure purity, flavor, and consistency — which does create a higher raw cost, especially in gallon formats.
We completely understand that kitchens balance quality and cost differently by use case — which is exactly why many chefs choose AR’s for finishing, drizzling, and retail applications where flavor and story matter most, while using commodity honey for back-of-house volume.
